Founded in 1986 by Craig and Jane McKinna, CPI Service began as a small, family-run plumbing company in San Jose. Our mission from day one was clear: offer dependable service with integrity, technical skill, and genuine care for the customer.

From those early days focused on supporting local property managers, we’ve grown into a leading provider of both residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and cooling services. More recently, under new ownership (c. 2023), CPI has forged a new chapter by expanding our offerings and developing innovative technology to better serve our clients.
